Each congress will be managed by a Globewerks project director, who is supported by his / her team of congress support specialists. We therefore become an extension of our clients’ team. When planning a congress, we work with organisers to help develop budgets, to ensure that they are controlled and to chart a time-linked project plan to ensure a systematic approach to the whole congress. No two congresses are the same; each one is unique in its requirements and delivery - requiring the highest levels of skills in management, marketing, negotiations, budgeting, communications and execution. We are a team of dedicated professionals and specialists in each of these components to manage these complexities. Our services can be intricately tailored to suit the congress' needs. ONLINE MEETING SOLUTIONS
Globewerks has vast experience in delivering virtual meetings through various streaming platforms (internet / satellite transmissions). With the current enhanced social distancing measures & travel restrictions, our connections in-person, have been greatly reduced and restricted. However, we need not allow the lack of physical interaction hinder continuing education, meetings and congresses. Pivoting from traditional “physical” events to virtual events can be seamless when you work with us. A virtual event requires the same level of preparation and structure as a traditional one, if not more, so as not to lose the “human touch" - as a professional conference organiser, we understand this best. We understand the ever-present financial risk and resultant limitations of association-based congresses. Therefore, in answer to our clients’ needs, we have expanded our suite of services to include Exhibitor and Sponsorship acquisition and activation. A specialised part of this division is in helping our clients reach out to stakeholders by developing effective sponsorship programmes.
